You can book a lodge online through our website, by contacting our reservation service, or by using third-party booking websites such as Booking.com, Agoda.com, Hotels.com, etc. The reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation from us.
1.2. Payment: Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Rates and payment conditions vary depending on the type of lodge, the period, the length of stay, and ongoing special offers. All transactions are processed securely, following current security standards.
2. Cancellation and Modification:
2.1. Cancellation: In case of cancellation, fees may apply depending on the cancellation period in relation to the scheduled arrival date. Refer to our cancellation policy for specific details on applicable fees and cancellation conditions.
2.2. Modification: Any reservation modification is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modification requests should be addressed to our reservation service.
3. Check-in and Check-out:
3.1. Check-in: The standard check-in time is from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the day of your reservation. Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive outside this time frame. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
3.2. Check-out: The standard check-out time is at 11:00 AM on the day of your departure. Late check-out may be possible, subject to availability. Please inform the reception in advance.
4. Behavior and Responsibility:
4.1. Behavior: Guests are required to adhere to the rules of conduct and maintain the tranquility of other guests. Any disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
4.2. Responsibility: We disclaim all liability for loss, theft, or damage to guests' property. It is strongly recommended that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover these contingencies.
5. Pets:
5.1. Pets: Pets are not allowed in our lodges or on the premises of Chez Yaya.
6. Non-Smoking:
6.1. No Smoking: All our lodges are strictly non-smoking for the safety of guests and the establishment. Violation of this rule may result in immediate expulsion without a refund. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces, which are the open areas of our lodges or in common spaces.
7. Services and Amenities:
7.1. Services: The amenities and services are the same for all our lodges. Refer to our website or contact our establishment for specific information on included services and available amenities during your stay.
8. Force Majeure:
8.1. Force Majeure: We cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, etc.
