Our luxury Eco-Lodges are located in a century-old olive grove, by the sea, on the only wooded land on the west coast of the island. They are made from high quality wood and tents (no cement in their construction) and fit perfectly into the site, respecting the existing environment. “AT YAYA LUXURY ECO-LODGES” everything has been designed to make you feel free, in harmony with the spirit of the island of Kalymnos.

"CHEZ YAYA", we work to promote organic products from our site, which are the pride and specificity of Kalymnos.

OLIVE OIL AND DERIVED PRODUCTS :

We have put our olive grove in order, with the olive varieties specific to Kalymnos, in order to produce organic olive oil of very good quality.
The adequate size of olive trees as well as the exclusive use of organic products should allow us to triple our production of olive oil and to develop derived products (olives to taste, soaps, etc.).

HONEY AND DERIVED PRODUCTS :

We have started our production of organic thyme honey (honey with a high concentration of thyme pollen, specific to Kalymnos).
Our first production was a great success, a production that we will continue to develop, respecting the Kalymniote tradition, and again, with the valorization of derivative products (wax, cream, etc.).
